If you’re installing TeamViewer for the first time to enable DigitalProminence.com support, please download the installation guide PDF (button below) and follow the instructions carefully, Be especially careful to enter the correct password as shown in the guide.
If you’re fixing a problem with versions (per instructions from DigitalProminence.com), you need to UNINSTALL any versions of TeamViewer that are currently on your machine (Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features (or something similar)). Once you have uninstalled any/all versions of TeamViewer, follow the Install Guide (button above) to install the proper version of TeamViewer (as noted above, be especially careful to enter the proper password).
